An opportunity to practice your compass skills
The task this week is to provide a six figure grid reference of the spot I took the photograph. To help you I have provided two grid bearings from two recognisable summit features taken from my position. Using these you should be able to plot your positon fairly accurately. (to the nearest200 metres) The problem is to recognise the two tops.

Because the three attempts so far are obviously finding it difficult to draw a straight line using a ruler between two points (age could be a factor?) I have extended the allowance to 200 metres.

The next correct answer after the last correct week one answer will receive half the value of the first week points, i.e. If you are the fourth correct answer but during the second week you will receive half the 1st week points = 5pts. The third week answers will receive half the 2nd weeks points. If this involves half points then they will be rounded up. At the bottom of the pile all correct answers will receive 1 point.
