Outdoor Meets :

·         These start from the Heol y Parc car park Porthmadog at 9.30am unless otherwise stated. If you wish to join the meet elsewhere please make your own arrangements with the meet leader.
·         Meets shown in coloured text indicate that the meet involves some degree of technical difficulty , or may require specialist clothing or equipment. Please contact the meet leader for details. Text shown in blue indicates a different time arrangement from our usual 10.30am.
·         Clwb Dringo welcomes guests to attend their meets, again, please contact the meet leader for details.
·         All outdoor meets are held on Sundays unless specified below.

It would be prudent to check your emails a few days before a meet in case there is a change.

 

  

 

Boxing Day, 26th December 2011 Moel y Gest

The traditional Boxing Day gathering. As usual, aim to be on the top at about 2-00 pm for some seasonal conviviality with other members of the club and friends.

A good place to go for a not too strenuous walk. Arwyn has yet to decide on the exact route.

Again the details of the walk have not been worked out but the plan is to approach the hills from the minor
road to the east.

Saturday January 21st 2012 Pre-dinner meet
This meet is traditionally led by the retiring chairman. As Margery is away until early in the New Year more
information will not be available until she returns, details can then be announced at the AGM, and posted on
the Club website.

Indoor meets

These take place at the Madog Yacht Club, Pencei. Porthmadog at 7-30 for 8-00 Friday 20th January 2012

Annual General Meeting.
Saturday 21st January 2012. This and the dinner are taking place a week earlier than our traditional date be­ cause we were unable to book the golf club on the 28th.

Annual dinner at the Porthmadog Golf Club, Morfa Bychan. A booking form with choice of menu is enclosed.

Friday 24th February 2012

Sarah and Pete Anderson, who have cycled to Ladakh in the western Himalayas will be talking about their adventure.
